3. Data, Technology & Integration

We use AI and supporting tools to enhance data quality, streamline tasks, and unlock deeper insights.

4. Process, Collaboration & S&OP

We run an established S&OP or IBP process, with involvement from several departments, e.g. sales, supply chain, finance, and leadership.
Continuous improvement is part of how we manage planning processes.
We have clearly defined roles, structured planning cycles, and strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, supply chain, finance, and leadership.

5. Forecasting & Inventory Planning

We use a mix of historical data, market intelligence, and external signals to drive our demand forecasts.

We set and continuously adjust safety stock levels based on service targets and variability in demand and supply.
Replenishment planning is rule-based and aligned with actual supply constraints.

We use planning software to generate optimized, constraint-based production schedules.
Scheduling accounts for setup times, sequence dependencies, and resource availability.
We can quickly re-schedule in response to disruptions or late changes.
Production planning is tightly linked to demand plans, procurement and inventory planning.
