Recently served as the Head of Nordic BCG Digital Ventures and Senior Advisor. Jonas Kjellberg has an MBA from Uppsala University and an engineering degree from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

Founder and Chairman of the Board at NORNORM a fully circular business model, that provides office furniture as a service. Backed by Inter IKEA and Verdane, it’s rapidly expanding across Europe. NORNORM has swiftly expanded into 14 countries, serving prestigious clients and secured a significant 110 million euros for expansion.

He explores the frontiers of this technology, builds AI-powered products, andteaches courses and workshops on how to use this technology effectively. He made the video ”Generative AI in a Nutshell” and wrote the articles ”Are developers needed in the Age of AI” and ”WhoDunit – Ai product development on steroids”.

Henrik’s background is Minecraft gameplay design & development at Mojang, and agile/lean coaching at LEGO and Spotify and other product companies.

Alexandra is the Chief Economist at Länsförsäkringar, bringing with her extensive experience at a senior executive level across various industries and businesses. Her previous roles include serving as Head of Macroeconomic Analysis for Skanska, Head of ‘Ekonomifakta.se’, and as a Senior Analyst at the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise.

Alexandra possesses a wealth of experience in global trend analysis, strategic business planning, and she also holds responsibility for the Economic Secretariat at Länsförsäkringar.

Regardless of the field one works in, the global perspective is business-critical: Keep an eye outward to be able to act inward. Considering the increasingly changing world and the more vulnerable geopolitical situation, it is even more important to stay abreast of what is happening.

Alexandra demonstrates how global events have business-critical and everyday effects on both national and regional, as well as local levels. This chain is complex but crucial for understanding and being able to act within one’s own operations. Alexandra believes that the changing world makes her work extremely interesting, but it also means that she is constantly challenged to analyze the consequences and communicate them in an educational manner, using images, examples, and stories from other areas.

About Ingela Nilsson, Epiroc:

Ingela Nilsson is the Supply Chain Manager within Underground Division at Epiroc in Örebro. She started at Epiroc at 2017 as Supply Chain Specialist and has been Production Manager for two years before current role. She also has over 20 years of experience within Supply Chain from various roles at Ericsson.

With an analytical eye and several years of experience in process development within Supply Chain Ingela has the ability to capture details as well as understand the whole. 

Currently Ingela’s team is preparing to implement Optilon’s planning tool iPlanner as well as driving several initiatives to improve the material availability for production.

In this keynote Maria and Ingela will share experiences and insights related to the Supply chain disruptions that Epiroc have faced during the past years, starting with the pandemic. We will constantly be exposed to and challenged with new Supply chain disruptions, and the complexity will most probably accellerate. 

The question is – can we actually plan and prepare for future disruptions? As we see it, the answer is both Yes and No. 

Epiroc Supply Chain functions have developed and improved the resiliency by securing a flexible cross-divisional governance guided by strong leadership and a culture based on our core values as innovation, collaboration and committment. We also would like to address the importance of clear guidelines and prioritization from top management, which brings confidence and mandate to the organization.

About Maria Dahlén, Epiroc:

Maria Dahlén is leading the Global S&OP planning function within the Supply Chain organization for the aftermarket business at Epiroc. She has 20 years of experience from Ericsson within areas as process development, supply product management and supply chain and planning.

With a solution-oriented mindset, a sense of urgency and by securing cross-functional collaboration she has, together with Epiroc colleagues, managed the supply chain disruptions related to Covid pandemic and geopolitical challenges in an efficient way. Maria considers “Inclusion and Diversity” as a true enabler to build high-performing and committed teams and her guiding star is “there is always a better way”.

Currently started as a Global Supply Chain Director at a Vargas venture and scale up, Aira. She is a strong believer that big improvements on performance in supply chain can be made if you challenge each other across functions, which means a business discussion.
