Maria Dahlén is leading the Global S&OP planning function within the Supply Chain organization for the aftermarket business at Epiroc. She has 20 years of experience from Ericsson within areas as process development, supply product management and supply chain and planning.

With a solution-oriented mindset, a sense of urgency and by securing cross-functional collaboration she has, together with Epiroc colleagues, managed the supply chain disruptions related to Covid pandemic and geopolitical challenges in an efficient way. Maria considers “Inclusion and Diversity” as a true enabler to build high-performing and committed teams and her guiding star is “there is always a better way”.

In this keynote Maria and Ingela will share experiences and insights related to the Supply chain disruptions that Epiroc have faced during the past years, starting with the pandemic. We will constantly be exposed to and challenged with new Supply chain disruptions, and the complexity will most probably accellerate. 

The question is – can we actually plan and prepare for future disruptions? As we see it, the answer is both Yes and No. 

Epiroc Supply Chain functions have developed and improved the resiliency by securing a flexible cross-divisional governance guided by strong leadership and a culture based on our core values as innovation, collaboration and committment. We also would like to address the importance of clear guidelines and prioritization from top management, which brings confidence and mandate to the organization.

He explores the frontiers of this technology, builds AI-powered products, andteaches courses and workshops on how to use this technology effectively. He made the video ”Generative AI in a Nutshell” and wrote the articles ”Are developers needed in the Age of AI” and ”WhoDunit – Ai product development on steroids”.

Henrik’s background is Minecraft gameplay design & development at Mojang, and agile/lean coaching at LEGO and Spotify and other product companies.

Kim Gaba Jensen is an experienced Regional Leader for North Europe at Tesla. He has a demonstrated history of producing great results within various segments over the last 20 years. Including a 9-year span in the consumer electronics industry with Dixons group (Carphone Warehouse) and 6 years with Apple.

During his 6 years with Tesla, the brand has climbed all the way to the top. Model Y became the most sold car, 2023 in all markets in the north region, and in Europe and the world. In his region, Tesla also become the biggest brand in most countries.


Kim currently leads the development of Tesla throughout the entire region with great passion and hands on, focusing on recruitment, HR, people development, coaching, sales, market expansion, Supercharger development and new store openings. Kim and his strong team are deeply committed in making Tesla’s cars even more affordable and expanding Tesla’s unique eco system to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
