In 2005, we set out to help companies plan smarter, work better, and grow more sustainably. Two decades later, our mission remains the same – but our impact has grown. Join us as we look back on the moments that shaped us, and ahead to the future we’re building together.

2005: Where it all began – brains, belief & breakfast.

Optilon is born with a passion for tech and smart supply chains. Bragging Meetings and Friday Breakfasts take off, and a global furniture giant becomes our first major client.

2006-2009: Earning trust, one project at a time.

Every project becomes a reference case. We focus on smart integration and real value, and launch the Application Board to stay ahead of the tech curve.

2010-2013: Growing fast, staying grounded.

Recruitment ramps up, and our company culture starts to shine – mixing high ambitions with freedom, responsibility, and fun.

2014–2017: From supplier to strategic partner.

We expand our portfolio, shift from supplier to strategic partner, and launch the Optilon Supply Chain Conference – soon to become a key event in the Nordic supply chain space.

2018–2020: Thinking bigger – code, curiosity & clever ideas.

We start building our own software, welcome fresh talent, and dive deep into AI, optimization, and supply chain sustainability.

2021-2023: Navigating the unknown, delivering the essential.

Risk, resilience, and sustainability take center stage. We deliver big change, fast – and stronger than ever – together.

2024-2025: 20 years in – still hungry, still humble.

We celebrate two decades of progress and partnership while looking ahead to a more global, impactful, and innovative future.
