New Customer Portal from 2024-01-18


Dear client,

We are upgrading our systems for 2024 and implementing a brand-new customer portal to handle all your inquiries. Go Live date for the new portal is 2024-01-18.

As a client, this transition will not affect you directly. The only change is that all new cases forward need to be submitted through our new portal. You’ll find the new portal here.

If you want access to your old cases, they will remain available here for the next 6 months.
