During the breakout sessions at the Supply Chain Conference 2017, Terho Lind COO at PMC Hydraulics gave a speech on competitiveness trough supply chain design. He was accompanied by Emma Tranarp Mann, Service Manager Supply Chain Design at Optilon.
PMC Hydraulics wanted to know how to become more cost effective and improve their competitiveness by trying a different warehouse set-up, while keeping or improvig their customer service. This challenge initiated a project in which PMC Hydraulics came to use supply chain design to find the answers. See the full presentation in the film.
